ASRSD Facilities Coordinator

The Ayer Shirley Regional School District is seeking a Facilities Coordinator to manage building operations, custodial staff and play a key role in the planning, design and construction of a new middle/high school. The coordinator will oversee four schools, dating from the 1930s to the 2000s, located in two towns separated by five miles.

Also manages a $1.75 million budget and a staff of eleven full-time and eight-part time employees (responsible for cleaning, minor maintenance, and grounds) and 25 vendors. Other required skills: leadership; health and safety; energy management; computer literacy; automated systems operations; major construction/renovation experience.
